Welcome to a magical evening at the cozy restaurant Mandel!
We are incredibly happy to be able to offer our guests the opportunity to experience Viktor Westerlind's cooking with us and dare to promise an evening beyond the ordinary both in terms of menu and accompanying wines.
The dinner consists of a four-course signature menu plus snacks and coffee sweets and carefully selected wines in a wine package. Non-alcoholic options are also available.
After an inspiring evening, you will then have a good night's sleep in comfortable beds in one of our fine superior rooms and wake up rested for a new morning. Enjoy a generous and locally produced breakfast buffet at Mandel as a good start to the day.
*Viktor is one of Sweden's most renowned chefs, with experience from Frantzén, F12, Operakällaren and Aira.
He won Chef of the Year in 2009, took gold with the Swedish National Chef Team at the Culinary Olympics in 2012, and has been the competition leader for Chef of the Year since 2022.
