Ljusvassgården

Ljusvassgården in Ljusvattnet outside Burträsk is a small-scale farm where Anne Sandlund shares her harvest of vegetables and flowers. The farms are small-scale but rich in diversity, with over 40 different types of vegetables growing alongside around 20 cut flowers.

Through a vegetable subscription, people in the countryside can enjoy fresh, nutritious vegetables throughout the harvest season.

In addition to vegetables, we offer fresh cut flowers, grown with care and without long transport times. Flowers for everyday and special occasions, self-picked, bouquets made to order and wedding flowers that make the day extra memorable.

By sowing in batches, the harvest is spread out over the season and the plants get a head start on weeds. The cultivation is based on organic, ungrazed seeds and much of the work is done by hand. The soil is nourished by cow and horse manure from nearby farms, compost and cover crops. Everything is grown without artificial fertilizers and chemicals. pesticides.

In addition to the cultivation itself, Anne offers seasonal and inspiring workshops, lectures and courses for those who want to learn more or experience the harvest up close.
