Book discussion, taste adventures and games – activities for all ages

In conjunction with the Food Crafts Days, the City Library invites you to a weekend full of taste, imagination and community. Participate in a food walk, baking, book pizza and board game day – activities for both children and adults, completely free!

- Sit down and browse books about food

Thursday 9/10

- Book pizza: Food, environment & magic – about worlds in fantasy
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM (pre-registration required)
Come and join us as we dive into the magical worlds of fantasy. We discuss worldbuilding in fantasy, horror and science fiction and give each other tips on books, games and films we like. You don't have to have read any particular book to join. We offer conversation and pizza.

Friday 10/10

- We bake and taste! 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

We bake chocolate balls together in the library. Young children come with an adult to help. We take turns baking!

Children who want to can also try different types of food blindfolded. Maybe a new favorite flavor is hiding in there somewhere?

Saturday 11/10

- Board game day for everyone. 10:00 - 15:30

For our board game day at the City Library, we will be showcasing our wide selection of games that cover all tastes and levels. A warm welcome to the library for a fun gaming experience or to get tips for game nights at home.

Suitable for groups of friends, families or those who want to come alone.
