Study visit with lunch at Svedjan Ost

Come home to Södra Svedjan to the family Pär and Johanna Hellström, who run the dairy – Svedjan Ost. In the small village of Södra Svedjan, surrounded by forest and tranquility, the family has built up a cheese craft that has won both awards and hearts.

During the visit you will step inside and gain insight into their philosophy of the work behind each cheese – from milk to ripening. It is not just about technology, but about feeling, tradition and uncompromising love for the raw material.

There will also be time for questions, exchange of experiences and conversations about things that don't always fit into manuals and marketing plans - such as sustainability, identity, balance in life and daring to grow at the right pace.

This is a chance to be inspired, gain new perspectives and network with other food artisans.
