The brewing tradition in Sweden is old, but what truly characterizes Swedish beer? Sanna Lindberg, journalist, sommelier, and head judge of the beer and cider categories at the Swedish Championships in Artisan Food, has taken a deep interest in this question.
In this lecture, she talks about the conditions, opportunities, and challenges of brewing beer with domestic raw materials. Joel Lundmark from Skellefteå Bryggeri and Gustav Ahlin from the brewery This is how will also join the discussion on the future of local beer.
