WALLSTREET Festival

This summer, Skellefteå will transform into a vibrant open-air art gallery as the WALLSTREET Festival arrives in the city. Between June and August 2025, both residents and visitors are invited to explore, experience, and take part in a unique art initiative focusing on public space creativity.

WALLSTREET, which previously made a splash in Nacka, aims to create 1,000 public artworks across Sweden. We are proud to be part of this national initiative and look forward to seeing both permanent and temporary artworks enriching Skellefteå’s public spaces.

Inpiration from WALLSTREET Festival 2022

WALLSTREET Stockholm, held from June to August 2022, resulted in over 100 new art pieces, both temporary and permanent, across the Stockholm region. That edition had a strong environmental focus, featuring recycled artwork—both purchased and rented—from artists across Europe, as well as an innovative concept with miniature art.
