Burträsk Camping is a family campsite that is characterized by its proximity to nature. The campsite is on a peninsula surrounded by the still blue waters of Burträsket. The facility is located on the road between Umeå and Skellefteå. Why not also stop off and visit the beautiful village of Burträsk, situated on the E4 road.
In addition to the 45 camping plots for caravans, campers, and tents, there are also 8 small summer cabins. There are also 6 large cabins with all amenities that can be rented throughout the year.

From Umeå, drive along road 364 towards Skellefteå via Burträsk to Skellefteå. There is much less traffic on this route, and the number of extra miles is negligible. On this route you will pass villages of only a few houses, lakes and rivers. In addition, you may also have the chance to see an elk along the side of the road.
Halfway along this road to Skellefteå, you will arrive at Burträsk. This is a village with many amenities, such as a large supermarket, a petrol station, an indoor market and, of course, the factory and visitor centre of Västerbotten Ost, the world-famous cheese from Västerbotten. In the village, you will find Burträsk Camping. This is a naturally situated campsite surrounded by a lake on three sides, with magnificent views. The village of Burträsk is within walking distance.
