After 20 years as a trailblazer in symphonic rock, it is now clear that the acclaimed Skellefteå band Moon Safari will perform a long-awaited anniversary concert at Sara kulturhus this spring.
Moon Safari's special rock sound is known to create a magical atmosphere, and together the six members deliver outstanding concert experiences. The band's journey has taken them all over the world, from Japan and the USA to Europe. This spring they look forward to inviting the Skellefteå audience to a memorable evening.
After releasing their fifth studio album, "Himlabacken Vol. 2," in December 2023, the band continues to showcase their artistic maturity and musical breadth. And as one of Skellefteå's most prominent musical exports, they have conquered a large international audience with their unique sound and five-part chorus songs.
Although the band has had great success outside of Sweden, the members of Moon Safari have always maintained a close connection to Skellefteå. Now, as they return to their hometown to celebrate their 20th anniversary with their local fans, it is with great enthusiasm and anticipation.

Good to know before your visit:
Age limit: none.
Bag ban: applies to events in Stage 1 and Stage 2, read more here.
Cloakroom: is mandatory for jacket and bag. The cloakroom is located adjacent to the stage for the event and the fee is included in your ticket.
Admission: approx. 30 minutes before the event starts.
Food and drinks: are not allowed to be brought into our stages.
Hearing aids: available in all our scenes, read more here.
Rollator: placed outside the entrance, staff on site are available if you need help.
Lift: located at stairwell B, left side.
Wheelchair spaces: All wheelchair spaces are accessible via lift, stairwell B, left side. Please respect that wheelchair spaces are intended for wheelchair users. In case of violation, the ticket will be declared invalid on the spot and entry to the event will be denied. Tickets cannot be repurchased in the event of an incorrect purchase.
